Hello everyone 👋,
Give it up for Bob and yours truly this wonderful Caturday😹. It's been another ordinary day stepping it out, am so grateful for this day. Before bedtime 😴 let's quickly take a look at how my day has been and also share some of the trending stories I came across. As always thank you for being here and let's take it away 💨 .
So just like yesterday, I kicked off the day with a few rounds of brisk walking 👣 and jogging around the neighborhood 🌲. It was a beautiful sunny 🌞 morning and the breeze 🍃 was amazing.
Next I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. It's a weekend and the election campaigning is on.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, harrowing scenes of dead bodies strewn along a street in a town near Kyiv, where Russian soldiers have recently retreated 😱. They have been leaving land mines as extra punishment 😬, so wicked. The Pope has condemned the war and will be visiting Kyiv next week.
Elsewhere in Hungary, they have elections tomorrow and the opposition have united and chosen one of them to take on the current prime minister, Orban. Remember Orban is Putin's friend and has been quite controversial, so they will capitalize on the war in Ukraine to get maximum votes, let's wait and see how it goes.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is still at 46k, looking bullish 🐂. Next week there's a bitcoin conference in Miami, we may see a price increase. Keep hodling 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon I stopped by the mall for the usual bowling 🎳 session. It was amazing and then I headed back home 🏡.
Next came the usual nap 💤, dreaming off until sometime early evening when I woke up and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Also trending, in Moscow and other Russian cities, anti war protesters were arrested. Elsewhere in Sri Lanka, a 36 hour curfew is in effect after massive anti govt protests. People had earlier attempted to storm the presidential palace 😱 complaining of increasing prices and lack of electricity.
Anyways, as the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. As always slow paced enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
