My Actifit Report Card: March 3 2022...... Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇 👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's been a great day and definitely another 24 hours to be grateful for.
Thank you for stopping by yet again 👏. As usual let's quickly take a look at how my day has been plus some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go again 💨.
So just like yesterday, I kicked off with some rounds of brisk walking 👣 around the neighborhood 🌲.
Then I was back indoors where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 kept going. The magical Kenya golf ⛳ tournament kicked off today. I think it goes to other cities before culminating in Dubai.
Globally, Ukraine still trending, today delegations from Ukraine and Russia met in Belarus and agreed on a humanitarian corridor to bring in aid and let civilians out safely. Elsewhere in Moscow, Putin praised his forces and said things were going according to plan😬. This as they continue bombing and destroying residential areas killing people.
Over in crypto land bitcoin, has again failed to break the 45k mark. Now down to 42k. That's what it does but do keep hodling and buying the dip 💯.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day. Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre 🌲 for a couple of errands.
Then I was back indoors for the usual nap 💤. It was amazing and I got up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Over in the US, new sanctions were issued targeting Russian oligarchs; that clique of billionaires and multi millionaires 😹. Probably freezing their assets abroad and limiting their money 💰 making ventures. Elsewhere in France, president Macron has formally announced he is running for re election in April. Macron also spoke to Putin today but no hope in the war as he seems determined to seize the entire Ukraine😬.
Anyways, as the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was great, enjoying the cool evening breeze 🍃.
