My Actifit Report Card: January 13 2022..... Throwback Thursday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇 👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. It's been another busy day and it's now close to bedtime 💤. Before that let's quickly take a look at how my day has been and share some of the trending stories too. Thank you for being here and let's go 💨.
So as usual, I kicked off the day with the fast paced morning session. That cool morning air 🍃 was quite enjoyable as I brisk walked 👣 and jogged around the neighborhood 🌲.
Next I was back indoors, where I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going. Also trending, the only Kenyan held at guantanamo bay is about to get released with no charge after 15 years 😱. I wonder if he will be compensated, 15 years is such a long time 😬.
Globally, in France, tens of thousands of teachers angry with government's chaotic covid rules have taken to the streets to demand better protection for pupils and staff😵. Elsewhere in Sudan, the usual anti military protests kept going.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is back at 42k after hitting 44 yesterday. It's probably gonna be sideways for some time. You know the drill, hodl and buy the dip 😹.
I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries.
I got back home 🏡 and took my usual nap 💤. I did wake up some time early evening and continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news.
Trending in the US, 11 members of far right group, oath keepers, have been charged with seditious conspiracy in the violent Jan 6 attack on the Capitol 👏. Elsewhere in Germany, a Syrian former intelligence officer has been sentenced to life imprisonment for overseeing torture, abuse and murder of detainees in Damascus ten years ago 😱. He had sought asylum and quietly settled in Germany since 2014.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was wonderful and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
So that was Thursday and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏. I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕. Sending back that love 💞 and lots of blessings 👼😇 to everyone.
See you again tomorrow on an amazing high five Friday 🙌.Until then keep stepping and enjoying yourselves to the max 💯.That's it for today, am gonna say good night 😴 and bid you adieu 💖💞💖
