My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2021....... Sunday funday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Sunday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. It's been another wonderful and active day and as always I am glad that you stopped by yet again 👏. You know the drill, let's quickly take a look at how my day has been plus some of the trending stories I came across. Here we go 💨.
So I had a fast paced morning session coupled with brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the cloudy neighborhood. It was a lovely session and I headed back home right after ten o'clock.
Next I rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, a quiet day except for the usual political shenanigans 😹. On Sundays the politicians are at worship places with their usual empty promises.
Globally, chaos in Guinea as a group of army men arrested the president and took over government 😱. Elsewhere, protests in Montenegro as people protested the swearing in of a serbian orthodox religious leader. People feel that Serbia has always taken advantage of them 😱. In south Africa former president Zuma was given medical parole to serve his term outsde jail as he gets treatment.
Over in crypto, land bitcoin is over 50k and mostly a green bullish 🐂 day for most cryptos. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day including laundry.
Later in the afternoon, I stopped by the shopping center for some cooking groceries and fruits. Walked around then came back indoors for my usual nap 💤. It was amazing and I woke up some time early evening feeling well rested and rejuvenated 💯.
I then continued watching some of back earlier videos and also news. There were some good soccer matches as countries qualify for the world cup. Elsewhere, an elaborate closing ceremony as Tokyo paralympics drew to a close.
As the evening set in I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. It was a splendid walk around the neighborhood and park 🌲 as I enjoyed the beautiful evening breeze 🍃. I finally made it back home 🏡 safe and sound as darkness fell.
