I thought the morning session would be enough... then the evening completely changed the day.

The day started with my usual routine—a peaceful morning walk, some light jogging, and a few exercises while the air was still cool. It felt like a solid start, and I figured I'd comfortably finish with a decent step count after my regular daily activities.

But by evening, I felt like I had been sitting for too long, so I laced up my shoes and headed out again. The streets were quieter, the temperature was easier to enjoy, and without paying much attention to the time, I settled into an easy rhythm. Add in my usual walks after lunch and dinner, along with the movement that comes naturally through the day, and the steps just kept building.

When I checked my tracker before bed, it showed 25k steps.

What I've noticed lately is that the second walk of the day isn't just about adding steps. It helps me leave the stress of the day behind. By the time I get home, my mind feels lighter, and the step count almost feels like a bonus.

Do you prefer getting all your activity done in one session, or do you enjoy splitting it between morning and evening? I'd love to know what works best for you.
