Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday 🎉 and a very warm welcome to my world 😊. Nice to see you again this first day of July. I have had an active and wonderful day and it's now time to quickly look back at how it all went down plus some of the trending news I came across. Let's go 💨
So as usual, I kicked off early with the fast paced brisk walking 👣 and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. It was a sunny day and the fresh breeze 🍃 was unbelievable 😸.
Come ten o'clock I was back indoors where I showered 🚿 and rested for a while before logging into my emails and trending news of the day.
Locally, the usual political shenanigans 😹 and the plannedemic vaccinations kept going. It's international reggae day🎼, I will be throwing it back with some classic Bob Marley songs down there.
Globally, lots happening. Kenyan president stopped by Elysee palace in Paris on a state visit. More unmarked children's graves discovered in Canada😥 and hot weather causing bush fires in places. Protests in Turkey as country withdraws from treaty (Istanbul Convention) aimed at protecting women 😱.
Over in crypto land, bitcoin is at it again, playing that sideways game now down to 33k😹. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later, in the afternoon, I stopped by the city centre for some errands. Then walked around for a while before heading back home 🏡. Next came the usual nap 💤 dreaming off until sometime early evening.
I woke up feeling great 💪 and then continued watching some of the earlier videos and also news ☺️.President Joe Biden stopped by the collapsed building in miami to comfort the bereaved victims, a nice gesture 💯. My sincere condolences to all the affected.
As the evening set in, I had my ginger tea ☕ and then stepped out for the sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk. That went excellently and I made it back home 🏡 safe and sound calling it a day 🙌.
