My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2021....... High Five Friday 👣💨🍃🙌👏💯🙏😇👼💞😴💤☕⛅🎼🎶👌✨🌠
Hello everyone 👋,
TGiF ⭐🎉 and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. The weekend is upon us and as always I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. You know the drill, it's time to quickly recap the day's stepping activities. Let's do this 💨
So as usual I kicked off the day with the fast paced brisk walking 👣 and jogging 👟 around the neighborhood. The sun 🌞 was out early and there was a nice breeze 🍃 accompanying it.
I did enjoy that session and ended it just after ten o'clock having achieved my automaticwin 🙌.
Next, was the shower 🚿 followed by some resting before logging into the trending news of the day. Locally all quiet but a shocking day when it comes to the plannedemic.Today we recorded the highest death rate, 28 people is the highest deaths in a day 😬 since all this covid thing started and my sincere condolences to the bereaved families 😢.
Globally, neighboring Tanzania has their very first female president following the death two days ago of the previous president.
Over in crypto land bitcoin still trying to make it back to 60k, currently sitting at 58k. I did settle down to some crypto analysis videos and also handled the cleaning chores of the day.
Later in the afternoon, I took a break from the screen and stopped by the mall for some groceries. Then I got back home 🏡 for the usual nap 💤.
That went wonderfully and I woke up early evening feeling great 💪.
Then I continued watching some of the earlier videos and news as well.
Turns out there is growing hate crimes against Asians in America 😱. When will humans get it that no race is superior to the other. A deranged young man shot dead eight people earlier this week and police calmly saying he was having a bad day😱. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience. No one chooses where they are born, we find ourselves here, then we pass through life and die the same. Really sad and depressing story.
Anyways, I did have my ginger tea ☕ then stepped out for the final walk of the day. The very relaxing sunset 🌇☀️🌅 walk and today we had a beautiful sunset ⛅.
I did enjoy that session 💯 and ended it late at night around the neighborhood calling it a day 🙌.
So that was Friday and I wanna thank you for reading this far 👏.
I truly appreciate your continued support 🙏 and love 💕.
Sending back that love 💞 and lots of blessings 👼😇 to everyone.
Wishing you all a fabulous weekend ahead 🎉.
Am back tomorrow with Bob and some appropriate stepping on an amazing Caturday 🐈.
Until then keep stepping and enjoying the rest of your Friday 😉.
Nothing much to say but bid you adieu 💖💞💖
Some pictures from the neighborhood⛅🍃🌲🌳🍀
My automaticwin this morning 🙌👏
Some fantastic music 🎼🎶👌
