My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2020..... Saturday = Caturday 🐈😹🏃👣💨🍃🙌👏👼😇🙏😴💤☕🎼🎶💞⛅✨

Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Saturday and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. So glad that you stopped by yet again 👏.It has been quite an active day and here I am once more to break it down for you 💨.
I had set the alarm and as soon it went off I was out of the door. Brisk walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fantastic morning breeze 🍃.
I did my usual rounds ensuring that I made it back home just before ten o'clock. Obviously pleased with the awesome session and the automaticwin 👏.
I then got a quick shower 🚿 before resting for awhile. Then I got into my morning routine of emails and news.
As the afternoon approached, I was out in the backyard doing weeding and digging a new compost pit.
I prefer to make my own compost from vegetables stalks, fruit peels and any other biodegradable waste.
As the afternoon 🌞 sun got hotter, I was back indoors for my usual afternoon nap 😴💤.
I finally got up and brewed myself some fantastic cinnamon infused tea ☕ that I had with sweet potatoes 😋.
After watching some crypto videos, I was out on the sunset ⛅ walk. The very last walk of the day. This time around the neighborhood ending up on the main road before heading back.
My stepping didn't stop there as tonight I have been to the mall. A couple of colleagues had invited me out and we did meet and had some nice food at the food court.
Before leaving the mall, I did walk a few rounds then headed back home calling it a day. That's pretty much how my Saturday has gone by.
