My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2020..... Throwback Thursday🏃 👣🍃🙌👏👼😇😴💤☕🎼🎶⛅💞✨
Hello everyone 👋,
Happy Thursday and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. I can smell the weekend, this week has really flown by fast💨. As always I am glad you stopped by yet again 👏. The day is ending and it's time to summarize today's stepping activities.
I kept the automaticwin streak going by stepping it out this morning. That walk 👣 was awesome with zero rain 🌂 and abundance of fresh air 🍃. Twenty degrees or sixty eight F feels fantastic.
So I returned home just before ten o'clock feeling joyful and happy with myself 😹.
I then showered and settled down to some news articles and my usual crypto channels.
I found out more about that puzzling pump in BSV, at least I now know what's going on.
I had errands to run at the city centre so I went out early afternoon say around 1pm. The 🌞 sun was out and it was a beautiful day as I made my way.
I remember coming back home and doing some house chores. I then got the cooking going while I watched some comedy shows 😂. Then I fell asleep 😴💤at some point, must have been around 3:30.
I later woke up and continued with my videos, made myself some nice tea ☕ and just chilled out.
At 6:30 pm I embarked on the usual sunset ⛅ walk. The sun was no where to be seen, just lots of clouds. Dark clouds that I had to carry my umbrella. Luckily it didn't rain and I made it home safe and sound.
That's pretty much how my day has been. Thank you so much for reading and the continued support 🙏.
