My Actifit Report Card: January 3 2020..... High Five Friday 🏃👣💨🙌🍃🎉💞👼😇🙋💕💤😴🎼🎶☕✨
Hello everyone 👋
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😊, the weekend is imminent and I'm loving it. Glad you stopped by yet again, your time is well appreciated 💯.
Today has been yet another fun snd active day. Let me quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day.
Just like yesterday I started early walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
Happy to report that there was no rain interruption.
It had drizzled last night but by morning it was over. Am still off from work so no breaks, just smooth sailing until a few minutes to ten o'clock when I returned home with my automaticwin 🙌. Very happy with myself 😹.
I then showered and relaxed for a while before tidying up and handling other minor house work 😑.
Next it was onto my crypto you tubers, seems like bitcoin dipped and rebounded right back. Looks like some artificial price manipulation going on 😹.
On a different note, is someone trying to start a world war, the news was shocking this morning. Later we will be told he had weapons of mass destruction 😹.
Anyhow I did keep watching until early afternoon when I ventured out to rest my eyes and stretch my legs.
It was a rather short walk 👣 around the neighborhood. A lovely cloudy day with the sun 🌞 popping out at certain times.
I came home and got the cooking going as I continued watching some videos on YouTube.
I then took a little nap 😴💤 to rest and recover from the morning fatigue. As always I got up to my delicious 😋 tea and snacks.
I watched a bit of stand up comedy before embarking on the sunset ⛅ walk.
It had gotten rain cloudy so I had to carry my umbrella just to be on the safe side 😂. I also didn't go far to the park choosing to stick around the neighborhood and main highway.
Fortunately it didn't rain and I made it home just fine.
That pretty much sums up my stepping for today. I guess the festive season is drawing to a close😓.
