My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2019....... Throwback Thursday 👣🏃💨🙌🍃🙋💯⛅🎼☕✨
Hello everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. The weekend is right around the corner 🙌. I am glad you stopped by , as always your time is really appreciated 💯. So allow me to quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day.
I am definitely on an automaticwin streak and today was no different. It was an early start walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
Happy to report that we had zero rain 🌂 so no disruption to my stepping. However, I had to take a break and head back home to get ready for work 😑.
After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up, I resumed my stepping walking towards the bus stop.
After a few minutes the bus arrived and I boarded and arrived at the office safely.
At the office it was just another ordinary day. I got going with my assigned duties, a little busy because of the upcoming holidays season. Tomorrow will be the last working day this year.
Another chance of stepping came at lunch hour. There was lots of warm sunshine 🌞 and fantastic breeze🍃 as I made my way 👣.
After that awesome session, I did return for the afternoon shift. We did some work then ended the day with a staff meeting.
I boarded the bus back home and collapsed on the sofa for about an hour and a half💤.
As usual I woke up to a cup of strong tea ☕ and some little bit of snacks. Then I did some steeming before stepping out for the signature sunset ⛅walk.
No sunset though but thick clouds, I had to carry my umbrella just in case. I did make a few rounds on the main road before heading back home and calling it a day.
That is pretty much how my day has gone by. I did go through my usual night time routine with the push ups, shower and then later dinner and news. Now trying to get this report posted and edited before hitting the sack.
