My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2019..... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃💨🙌🍃🚿⛅🎼👓✨
Hello everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my report 😊 this lovely Tuesday. I am so glad you stopped by yet again. Please keep reading👓 as I quickly run you through my stepping activities of the day.
Just like yesterday it was another early start chasing that elusive automaticwin. As soon as the alarm went off I was out of the door walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
As always I had to take a break and get ready for the office. After a quick shower🚿, I resumed my stepping walking towards the bus stop.
Happy to report that today we didn't have any rain 🌂 whatsoever disrupting my walk. The bus arrived on time and I had a smooth ride to the office.
At the office it was all systems go with my daily work routine. Outside the weather was fantastic and I couldn't wait for lunch break to catch some of those rays🌞.
Lunch break finally arrived and I had the usual short walk 👣 around the block.
I was back in for the final shift of the day. I kept going and when time was up, I concluded and left for home.
Back at home I rested and dozed off 😴💤for about an hour and a half. Then I got up to a cup of strong tea ☕ and some snacks just to wake up and reenergize.
Then it was time for the usual relaxing sunset ⛅ walk. The last stepping of the day, this time around the neighborhood ending up at the park. I did a few rounds before heading home and calling it a day.
That is pretty much how my day went by and I wanna thank you for stopping by and the continued support 🙏. It is well appreciated🙏👏.
