My Actifit Report Card: December 10 2019...... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃💨☔💪🙌👌⛅🎶✨
Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😊. I am glad you stopped by yet again. Please keep reading 👓as I let you in on my stepping activities of the day.
As usual I kicked off the day early with a walk and jog 🏃 around the neighborhood. Then I took a break to get a quick shower and get ready for work 😒. I resumed my stepping walking towards the bus stop. By this time it was drizzling ☔ a little, nothing heavy and my umbrella handled it quite well.
I got onto the bus and had a smooth commute to work.
At the office I got going with the assigned duties. Another ordinary Tuesday nothing new or special.
The slow morning drizzle faded into a beautiful sunny 🌞 day. I was happy to enjoy some of that warm sunshine as I stepped out for the lunch break.
After that awesome session I was back in the office for the afternoon shift. That went well and when time was up, I concluded and left for home.
Back at home I rested and dozed off for about an hour and a half 😴💤. Then I woke up and had some strong tea ☕ and snacks. After that I left the house on my usual sunset ⛅ walk. The last relaxing walk of the day. Though it was cloudy the air was fresh and crisp.
This time I walked around the neighborhood then to the park where I did a few rounds before heading back home and calling it a day.
That is pretty much how my Tuesday has gone by 🙌.
