My Actifit Report Card: December 6 2019....High Five Friday ☔🙌🏃👣😢🙏☕🌲💯⛅🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my stepping report 😏. Iam happy the weekend is upon us at last. Please keep reading👓 as I let you in on how my day unfolded in terms of fitness.
So I woke up to thundery noises and rain drops pounding hard outside. It was windy af too. There was definitely no way I was venturing out into that deluge ☔. I just had to get back to bed and promise myself to compensate for it later.
Having missed the automaticwin 😢, I got ready for work then left the house in my raincoat and umbrella. By this time the rain had slowed down a bit but it was still coming down.
I hurriedly made my way to the bus stop, a really quick paced walk😹. I was panting heavily as I got on the bus. I finally arrived at the office and immediately got going with the duties of the day.
Outside it turned out to be a beautiful day 🌞 with the sun out🙌 and people going about their business.
Soon it was lunch time and I had a chance to gather more steps on the usual short walk 👣. But today was a little uncomfortable as I had worn those boots that really pinch my ankles😹. I blame it on the rain.
I came back for the afternoon shift and it wasn't that busy. So I kept going until it was time to head back home. I did board the bus and gathered more steps walking from the bus stop to the house.
At home I rested and relaxed. Later I had tea and snacks before embarking on the sunset ⛅ walk. Today was an extended session mostly around the neighborhood, main highway and park.
I arrived home just after 8pm calling it a day. So that is pretty much how my Friday has gone by.
Tomorrow's forecast predicts raining in the morning. If it doesn't rain I will try for an early start.
