My Actifit Report Card: December 3 2019...... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃🍃☔💨🙌🎉👌🎶✨
Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😏. As always I am glad you stopped by and I appreciate your time💯.
Now let's get into today's stepping activities 💨.
It was another early start for me walking and jogging 🏃 towards the 10k automaticwin. It rained ☔ last night so the neighborhood was wet as I made my way. There was a fantastic fresh breeze 🍃 too.
As usual I had to take a break 😒 to get ready for the office. I later resumed my stepping walking towards the bus stop to catch the bus.
After a few minutes the bus arrived and I had a smooth ride to work. At the office I settled down and got going with the duties of the day.💼
The next stepping opportunity came at lunchtime. I took the short walk 👣 around the block. Happy that the 🌞 sun was out and the air so fresh.
After that awesome session I did return for the final afternoon shift. It got a little busy but as soon as it was over I walked to the bus stop and boarded the bus back home.
At home I rested and dozed 💤 off for about an hour and a half then I woke up to a strong cup of tea☕ and sweet potato snacks 😋. Later it was time to go on the sunset ⛅ walk. The final relaxing walk that concludes the day.
To avoid the muddy areas at the park, I stuck to the neighborhood and then went on to the main highway. I ended up at the shopping center before heading back home and calling it a day.
It is currently raining outside and am crossing my fingers that it will be over by morning because am planning for another early start.
