My Actifit Report Card: November 27 2019...... Awesome Wednesday 👣🏃😍💨🙌🎉🍃💪⛅🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Wednesday/ hump day report 😊. I have had a wonderful day of stepping 🙌. As the day draws to a close its time to recount and fill you in on how it all went down.
So once again it was another early start for me walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. It had just finished raining as the ground was a little wet. As always the air 🍃 was fresh and crisp 👌. I loved that awesome session.
Then I had to detour and head back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up I collected more steps walking to the bus stop.
Today the bus was already there and we had a smooth ride. I arrived at the office right on time and immediately got going with the tasks of the day.
As lunchtime approached it was a beautiful day outside with the sun 🌞 popping out.
I was happy to enjoy that warm sunlight during the lunch break. Taking my short walk 👣, stretching my legs and enjoying the beautiful fresh air 🍃.
I did return for the afternoon shift and kept going until it was time to go home.
The commute back went smoothly too.
At home I rested and dozed off 😴 for around an hour before getting up to some freshly brewed tea and snacks.
Feeling energized I then embarked on the usual sunset ⛅ walk. The refreshing walk that brings my day to a close. This time around the neighborhood and then to the main road.
That is pretty much how my Wednesday went by. I definitely went through my nightly routine with the pushups and shower 🚿: then later dinner and the news. Now trying to post and edit this report before hitting the sack 😴💤.
