My Actifit Report Card: November 18 2019....... Awesome Monday 👣🏃💨🍃🙌🎶💪🌲⛅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. A brand new week and I am up for the challenge yet again 💯. Thank you for stopping by and let me tell you about my stepping activities for the day.
I had aimed for an automaticwin so I got up early and kicked off my day walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. As usual I had to detour and go get ready for work 😒💨.
After getting ready I collected more steps walking to the bus stop. The rain ☔ gave me a break and I enjoyed the fresh breeze 🍃 along the road as I walked to get into the bus.
School is out so the the traffic was minimal and I made it to work right on time. Feeling fresh and energetic I got on with my duties of the day. I did have some pendings from Friday that I took care of too.
Lunchtime came with the usual short walk 👣 around the block. Just to unwind and get some fresh air. That office gets claustrophobic and lunch break is a welcome relief 💯.
I was back for the afternoon shift and that went well 😊. When it was over I commuted back home.
At home I rested and dozed off 😴 for around an hour. After which I got up to a refreshing cup of tea and few snacks.
Looking outside I saw the sun 🌞 shining through the trees and I was eager to embark on the sunset ⛅ walk. The final and relaxing walk of the day.
I did walk around the neighborhood and along the main road before heading back home as it got darker.
That is pretty much how my Monday has gone by. Glad it went well and I wanna thank you for reading my report 😘. I appreciate the continued support too🙏.
