My Actifit Report Card: November 1 2019......High Five Friday 🏃👣🍃🙌🍃💨🎉🎶⛅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. Thank you for joining me yet again as I breakdown my stepping activities of the day. Let's start 💨
So it was another early start for me pursuing the automaticwin 🙌. I was out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fantastic morning breeze 🍃. It looked really cloudy but it didn't rain and I realize sometimes the weather forecasters get it wrong.
As always I had to detour and get back home to prepare for office 😒.
That happened really fast 💨 and in a few minutes I was walking down the road to the bus stop to catch the bus to the city center.
Luckily the bus was already there as I arrived at the stop. My commute went well and I made it to work on time 🙌.
At the office I got on with the pending work from yesterday as well as todays duties.
Lunchtime came with the the normal short walk 👣 around the block. I always love catching that warm 🌞 sunshine while stretching my legs.
I came back for the afternoon shift feeling quite upbeat as it's Friday and the weekend is upon us. I kept going and when time was up I concluded for the day and headed back home.
At home I rested and got ready for the sunset ⛅ walk. To refuel I had some tea and snacks. Then I stepped out and walked around the neighborhood and on to the highway where I walked for a while before heading back home as it got darker.
Getting back home I realized that I needed some groceries so I went to the shopping center before coming back and calling it a day.
Then I was on to my usual night time routine with the push ups, shower, dinner and the late night news.
Now trying to get my report posted before heading off to bed.
