Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my hump day report 😎. We are bang in the middle of the week and I am glad you stopped by. Time to recount my stepping activities of the day. Here we go💨.
Just like yesterday I started early chasing the automaticwin. I had set the alarm and as soon as it went off I was out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
I was lucky that it didn't rain but the dark clouds were heavily present 😱.
As usual I had to get back home to prepare for work 😒.
After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing I collected more steps walking down to the bus stop. There was some fresh wonderful breeze 🍃 blowing around.
The bus arrived after a few minutes and we got going, school is out so the traffic was minimal.
I made it to the office right on time 🙌. I then got on with the day's duties including the pending from yesterday. I kept going and had to conclude for the day at lunch time due to med insurance.
The doctor's appointment for the insurance cover was at 3pm. So no afternoon shift instead I had to make a trip to the other side of town.
I used public transportation all the way and did collect more steps. After the tests I headed home.
At home I rested and steemed for a while. Later I brewed some wonderful black tea and had it with snacks.
Feeling re-energized I embarked on the sunset ⛅ walk. Mostly around the neighborhood then to the highway and back home as it got darker.
I was lucky that it didn't rain in spite of the heavy clouds. Back home it was my normal night routine; pushups, shower, dinner, news and actifit report 😎.
That is pretty much how my Wednesday went down. I wanna say thank you for reading and the continued support 🙏.
