Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😊. As always glad you stopped by and you know the drill, its time to recount my fitness activities. Let's get into it💨.
It was another rainy ☔ morning in the neck of my woods. That didn't deter me from getting the automaticwin 🙌. Just like yesterday the rain caught me as I finished off my walk.
After I got ready for the office I had to leave the house under my umbrella. Then I was at the bus stop for a few minutes before the bus arrived.
I made it to the office on time and I started with the day's duties. Being a Friday the mood in the office was upbeat. Everyone looking forward to the weekend and this will be a long one since Monday is a public holiday🙌.
So I kept going until it was lunch time. As usual I took the opportunity to walk around the block and stretch my legs. It was still heavily cloudy but the air🍃 all so fresh.
I finally got back to the office for the afternoon shift. That went by very fast and before I knew it, it was time to head home.
At home I rested and relaxed for a while. I then had my tea and snacks before heading out for the sunset ⛅ walk.
I walked around the neighborhood then to the park. I did a few rounds there before heading back home.
At home I did my pushups and had a shower. Then I relaxed some more while having dinner and catching up with the day's news.
That's pretty much how my Friday has gone by. Now looking forward to get this report together before going off to bed.
