Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. Keep reading 👓 as I let you in on how my day unfolded in terms of fitness 🏃.
It was another early start for me walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood in pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. It was super cloudy and looked like it would rain ☔. And it did rain as I was heading back home to get ready for work 😒.
As I showered and got ready for the office it was pouring. So I put on my boots, raincoat and took my umbrella. I walked briskly towards the main highway hoping to get to the shelter of the bus stop.
Luckily it wasn't that windy so I held on to the umbrella pretty easily. Luckily too, the bus arrived just as I got there.
I made it to the office on time and immediately got on with my duties of the day. Looking outside about an hour later, the rain had ceased and the sun 🌞 was struggling to peer through the clouds.
Come lunchtime the sun was on and off but I was happy to take my short walk around the block.
I was back for the afternoon shift and looking out of the window it was raining yet again 😱. When time was up I commuted back home.
Good thing the rain had stopped and I made it home safe and dry. I rested for a while and did a bit of steeming. After refuelling on tea and snacks I was now ready for the sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the park then to the main highway and back home.
At home I did my pushups and had a 🚿 shower. Later I had my dinner and watched the news. Now looking forward to going to bed after posting and editing this report🙌.
