My Actifit Report Card: October 16 2019...... Awesome Wednesday 👣🏃🍃💨🙌🎉⛅🎶👌✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my hump day report 😊, we are slowly inching towards the weekend 🙌. I trust you are having a wonderful day. Glad you could join me as I summarize my Wednesday stepping endeavours. #wednesdaywalk
It was another early start for me as I pursued the automaticwin 🙌. I am loving the fantastic morning temperatures, really conducive and encouraging. So I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood. I then had to detour and return home to get ready for work 😒.
After getting ready, I collected more steps walking down to the bus stop. The bus delayed and I was wondering if everything was ok. A few minutes later I got an update from listening to the FM that a huge old tree abruptly fell across the road.
Luckily no one was hurt and it was cleared swiftly. Luckily I also made it to work right on time 🙌.
At the office I got going with the duties of the day. I also handled some pending stuff from yesterday.
When it got to lunch time, I went on the short walk 👣 to relax and stretch my legs in the warm sunshine 🌞.
I came back for the afternoon shift and kept going until time was up. Then I got on the bus and arrived back home.
I rested and relaxed for a while, then did some replying and commenting. Later I had my tea and snacks to fuel up for the final sunset ⛅walk.
I walked around the neighborhood and around the park before heading back home. At home I did a few pushups before showering and calling it a day 🙌.
After posting and editing this, I am looking forward to a restful night 😴 💤
