Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎😊 . Glad you stopped by and I am 100% ready to let you in on how my day unfolded in terms of fitness.
After the public holiday we had yesterday, I woke up with lots of energy. So I went out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. It was looking and smelling super rainy ☔so I had my umbrella with me just in case.
Being a working day I had to detour and head back home to prepare for the office. After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up I was out of the door.
Collecting more steps as I walked towards the highway to catch the bus. The bus left on time and I made it to the office earlier than usual.
Once I got to the office, the rain ☔ that I had anticipated came down like crazy 😱. Luckily I was in the office getting down with my duties of the day.
It did rain for quite a short time and the next time I peered out of the window I saw some nice sunshine 🌞.
Come lunchtime I took my break walking in that sunshine and enjoying the cool fresh breeze 🍃.
After that awesome session I came back for the afternoon session and that went well. That upbeat Friday mood was in the air as everyone looked forward to the weekend.
When time was up I concluded for the day and commuted back home.
At home I rested and relaxed then had some tea and snacks. Meanwhile I did some steeming.
There was some nice evening sunshine outside and that enticed me to go for the sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood ending up at the park where I did a few rounds before heading back home.
At home I did my pushups before getting my shower. Afterwards I relaxed, watched the evening news and had my dinner. Now trying to get this report done and dusted.
