My Actifit Report Card: October 10 2019..... Throwback Thursday 👣🏃🍃💨🙌🎉☔💪⛅✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Thursday report 😊. Glad you stopped by and hopefully you are having a wonderful day so far. Here is a quick summary of my fitness activities today.
It was an early start for me pursuing the automaticwin 🙌. Being a public holiday I didn't have office to attend today.
What curtailed my stepping was the morning rain ☔ that began just before 9am. I remember running back home in the drizzling, good thing it wasn't the heavy thundery type.
Back home I rested and did some tidying up. Then it was on to you tube to check out the cryptosphere. Happy to find out that bitcoin made a move to the upside🙌.
I did watch some comedy shows and when my eyes got tired I went walking in the neighborhood. There was some beautiful sunshine 🌞 and a wonderful breeze 🍃.
I did walk around for quite some time before returning home. Back home I got the cooking going and then I had a quick nap 😴💤. I woke up to more comedy shows and then to the final sunset ⛅walk of the day.
This time around the neighborhood, then to the main highway and back home. I did my pushups and called it a day.
It has been a Thursday Saturday and I enjoyed it and got lots of rest. It's back to work tomorrow.
