My Actifit Report Card: October 8 2019...... Terrific Tuesday 👣🏃🙌💪😎🍃💨⛅🎶💯✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😊. Keep reading as I breakdown how my day went by in terms of fitness.
Just like yesterday it was an early start as I pursued the automaticwin 🙌.
As usual I had to take a break and head back home to get ready for work.
After a quick shower 🚿 I collected more steps walking down the road to catch the bus. It was severely cloudy so I had my umbrella just in case. Good thing it didn't rain ☔ and the bus was on time.
The traffic was minimal and I made it to the office a little earlier. I got going with the duties of the day, just another ordinary Tuesday.
I was happy when lunchtime came by. A chance to stretch my legs and get some warm sunshine 🌞. So I had my short walk 👣 and I was back in for the afternoon session.
That went well and I kept going until it was time to go home. I concluded for the day and commuted back home.
At home I rested and relaxed for a while. Later I had tea and snacks before heading out for the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the neighborhood ending up at the park. I did a few rounds before heading back home.
At home I did a few pushups then I took a shower. Later I caught up with the latest news and dinner. Now trying to get this report done and dusted.
