My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2019..... Sunday Funday 😴💤👣🏃💨🍃☔💪⛅🎶👌✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to Sunday report 😊. A largely cloudy and rainy ☔ day here in my neck of the woods. It has been a restful day especially in the morning. It was raining so I remained sequestered in my room. More specifically in my bed listening to some soothing music.
I finally got up to a little bit of house work. Afterwards I rested while steeming and watching some you tube crypto videos. Crypto market still as boring as ever.
I ventured out for my first walk in the afternoon. It was wet everywhere as I walked around the neighborhood then onto the main road before heading back home.
At home I rested while watching some comedy shows🙌. Meanwhile I got the cooking going.
As the evening approached there was that smell of impeding rainfall in the air. But I was determined to go for the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
So I grabbed my raincoat and umbrella then set off towards the park. I did a few rounds at the park, stretching my legs and taking in the fresh air 🍃.
Sure enough that rain caught me as I was heading back home. It was already dark but I walked briskly under my umbrella until I made it home.
I did some rope skipping before getting a quick shower. Later I rested while watching the news before getting my dinner. Now putting this report together and preparing for a new week.
