Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. So glad you stopped by and 100% ready to let you in on how my day unfolded in terms of fitness.
I have been on a roll with the automaticwins and today was no different. So there I was walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. Unlike yesterday there was no rain just a little chill and breeze 🍃.
Being a working day I had to rush 💨 back home and get ready for work 😒. Then I gathered more steps walking to the bus stop after getting ready. I remember taking the automaticwin screen shot as the bus was leaving.
I made it to the office right on time 🙌, infact earlier than usual. I got on with my daily tasks and handled some pending issues from yesterday.
When lunchtime came by I was out in the warm sunshine 🌞. Taking in the fresh air and stretching my legs.
Then it was back to work for the afternoon shift. Friday afternoons are usually fun as we are all in an upbeat mood looking forward to the weekend. So I kept going and I commuted back home when time was up.
At home I rested and relaxed for a while. Meanwhile replying and commenting on the steem blockchain. Then I had some tea and snacks to curb the evening hunger. With my energy back up I headed out for the sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the very cloudy neighborhood. It looked like it would rain any moment so I had my umbrella and ziplock for my phone.
I ended up at the shopping center, got some groceries before returning home. At home I did a few push ups 💪, then I showered and rested while catching up with the news. And now preparing this awesome post.
