My Actifit Report Card: September 25 2019...... Awesome Wednesday 👣🏃🍃💨🙌💪⛅🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my hump day report 😎. As always glad that you stopped by. You know the drill,please allow me to quickly run you through my day in terms of fitness.
So it was yet another early start for me chasing the automaticwin. I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood in the fresh morning air 🍃.
I then had to go back home to get ready for work 😒. After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up I was ready to go. Gathering even more steps as I walked to the main road.
Fortunately the bus was already there and along the way the traffic was minimal. So I made it the office right on time 🙌.
I got on with the tasks of the day and took care of some pending stuff from yesterday too.
When lunch time came I was happy to take the short walk 👣. Stretching my legs and enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞.I even got time for some little steeming.
After that awesome session I came back to the office for the afternoon shift. That went well and we even had a staff meeting before ending the day.
I made it back home and took a nice long rest on the sofa. Meanwhile I checked out some of your replies and comments. After a cup of tea and snacks I decided to go for the sunset ⛅ walk. My eyes were tired of the screen so the walk was just what I needed.
I walked around the park a few times before heading to the shopping center for some dinner groceries.
Back home I did a few pushups and took a shower. Later I had my dinner and caught the evening news.
So there you have it another Wednesday gone by. Thank you so much for reading and the continued support 🙏. Sending everyone lots of love and blessings 😇.
