My Actifit Report Card: September 22 2019...... Sunday Funday😴💤🙌🏃👣🍃🎉👏👌⛅💨✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Sunday report 😊. I am glad you stopped by yet again. It has been largely a restful Sunday especially in the morning hours. After yesterday's action I decided to rest up as I prepare myself for another busy week ahead.
I finally got up to some crypto you tube and some comedy shows. The bitcoin has hardly moved this weekend, its pretty boring on coinmarket cap.
When I got tired of the screen I did some weeding in the backyard. After that I put on my walking shoes and did some rounds around the neighborhood and the local park.
I came back home and rested for a while. Meanwhile I got the cooking going.
For the sunset ⛅ walk ,I walked to the park then to the main road and back home.
As always I did my pushups and had a shower. Later I took dinner and now preparing this report 😎
