My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2019......... Awesome Wednesday 👣🏃🍃💨🎉🙌💪⛅🎉✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my hump day report 😎, we are slowly creeping towards the weekend 🙌. Thank you for stopping by and now let's get into the happenings of the day.
It was another early start for me as I pursued the automaticwin 🙌. As always I had set the alarm and I did get up as soon as it went off.
So I walked and jogged 🏃 around the neighborhood. Then I had to detour and head back home to get ready for work.
After a quick shower 🚿 I was on the move yet again. I always walk briskly to the main road to the bus stop.
The bus was there already and after a few minutes we left headed for the city center. I made it to the office right on time and immediately got going with the day's tasks.
It wasn't that busy though, I kept going until it was lunch time. That came with the short relaxing walk 👣. Today the warm sunshine 🌞 was out, that coupled with the fresh air 🍃 was really refreshing.
I came back for the afternoon shift and worked through it without any hitches. When time was up I concluded for the day. I later got onto the bus and was back home.
I rested and relaxed while steeming and snacking. When I felt the energy had come back I left for the final sunset ⛅ walk of the day. This time around the neighborhood round and round the winding roads before returning home as it got darker.
At home I did a few roll outs before having a shower. I later grabbed some dinner and now getting this report up and ready.
