My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2019...... High Five Friday 🙌😎🏃👣💪💨🚿💯🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again. TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. Finally the weekend is upon us. Glad you stopped by and here is a quick breakdown of how my day unfolded.
It was yet another early start for me. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood chasing that automaticwin. I did achieve it before heading back home to get ready for work.
After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up. I was walking again towards the main road to catch the bus.
I managed to get on it and arrived at the office right on time.
Immediately got on with the day's tasks and also took care of yesterday's pending issues. As always the Friday mood was in the air, everyone feeling upbeat looking forward to the weekend.
Lunchtime came fast and I got the chance for the short walk 👣 around the block. There was minimal sunshine 🌞 but some fresh beautiful breeze 🍃.
I came back for the afternoon shift and kept going until it was time to go home. So I commuted back home and did lots of resting once I got there.
I also checked out the latest news, did some steeming and grabbed a few snacks. I then set out for the final sunset ⛅ walk. Unlike yesterday it was all cloudy as I made my way. I did carry my umbrella but it didn't rain.I ended up at the park, did a few rounds before heading back home as it got darker.
At home I did a few pushups, took a shower and rested some more. I later had my dinner and now getting this report ready for posting.
