My Actifit Report Card: September 9 2019...... Awesome Monday 🙌🏃👣🍃💨💪💯💞🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. This is a brand new week and am glad you stopped by. Here is a quick breakdown of how the day unfolded.
So it was another early start of the day pursuing the automaticwin. As soon as the alarm went off I was out of the door walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
Then as always I had to get back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower 🚿 and some sprucing up l set off for the main road. The bus was there waiting and I made it to work on time 🙌.
At the office I began handling the tasks at hand. Nothing out of the ordinary just another Monday.
I kept going until it was lunchtime 😊. A time to catch some fresh air 🍃 and stretch those tense legs.
After the short walk 👣 I was back for the final part of the day. That went well but l had moments of Monday blues 😊.
When time was up I made it back home safely. I rested, snacked and did some steeming. When my eyes got tired I went out for the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the neighborhood then to the park. I did a few rounds before heading home and calling it a day.
