My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2019.... High Five Friday 🙌🏃🍃👣💨👏💪👌⛅😴🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again 😎. TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report. A happy day looking forward to the weekend 🙌. Here is a summary of how it all went down.
It was an early start of the day pursuing the automaticwin. I enjoyed the walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
As usual I rushed 💨 back to get ready for work 😑. A quick shower and some sprucing up happened fast.
Then I got more steps walking to the main road to catch the bus. The bus arrived on time and similarly I was at the office right on time.
I had some pending issues from yesterday to deal with. Then it was onto todays tasks. I kept going until it was lunch time.
A chance to get some stepping and catch some fresh air 🍃. That was a fantastic break as always. It was overcast and cloudy as I made my way.
I got back for the afternoon shift, feeling upbeat and looking forward to concluding for the day. Thats just what I did after the time had elapsed.
I got home and rested for some time, looked at some of your wonderful posts. Had some tea and then embarked on the usual sunset ⛅ walk.
This time around the neighborhood then to the park and main road.
The rain ☔ caught me this evening 😹. Luckily it was to the tail end of my walk. So I ran really fast those last ten minutes and was happy to turn the lock on the door, get in and dry myself while trying to catch my breath 😱.
Next was my ten pushups, a shower then a little rest before eating my dinner 😋. Now trying to get this posted and go to bed as am feeling exhausted 😴.
