My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2019..... High Five Friday 🙌💯🏃👣💪⛅☔🍃👌💨🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
Here we go again🙌. TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. It has been a wonderful day that just flew by😱. Here is a quick breakdown of how it all went down.
I started with an early morning session in hot pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. As always I walked and jogged 🏃around the neighborhood.
Then I had to take a break and get ready for work. Took a quick shower 🚿 and then walked to the bus stop. After a few minutes the bus arrived.
I made it to the office right on time and immediately got on with my assigned tasks. I had quite a bit from yesterday but I completed everything. Before I knew it it was lunchtime.
I was happy to take a break, stretch my legs and catch some fresh air 🍃. It was an overcast day today and not much sunshine.So I had a little bit of stepping before returning for the afternoon shift.
That afternoon shift went well as usual that Friday mood was in the air. Everyone upbeat looking forward to the weekend.
When time was up I concluded for the day and headed home.
At home I rested ,snacked and steemed for a while. Then it was time for the sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood then to park, the main road and back home.
