My Actifit Report Card: August 25 2019..... Sunday Funday 💤😴🎉🍃⛅💪💨👣🏃🎶💯✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Sunday report 😊. I did nothing but sleep and rest 😴💤 this morning. All the while playing some great slow music in the background as I dozed off😎
I finally woke up to the remainder of house chores including the laundry. Then I did some steeming and read some news articles too.
I also continued watching the remainder of the crypto videos from yesterday. Bitcoin still hovering around 10k and the economic war going on among the 2 biggest economies. The selfish ambitions of some leaders will really slow down the global economy.
Excessive tarrifs and other protectionist policies are bad for everyone in the long run.Most economists are predicting a recession coming up 😱.
Afternoon came by and my legs were aching to go walking. My eyes were tired too.
It was a cloudy overcast day as I made my way around the neighborhood. Not so many people around either. So I walked around and got back home around 6pm.
I rested for a while before heading out to go to the shopping center for dinner groceries.
At the shopping center I bought some fruits and veggies. Today I found the guava variety that I love🙌.
At home I got the dinner going, did a few pushups then had a shower. Later dinner and now posting this report 😁
