My Actifit Report Card: August 20 2019.... Terrific Tuesday 🏃👣🍃😴👌😎💪💨⛅💞🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😎. Another day gone by and am glad to let you in on how it unfolded.
Just like yesterday it was another early start walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. Looking for an automaticwin 🙌
As always I had to rush 💨 back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower 🚿 I briskly headed towards the bus stop. A few minutes later the bus arrived and I made it to work on time.
At the office work went on as usual, good thing it wasn't as busy as yesterday 😑. So I kept going until it was lunchtime.
I stepped out into the warm sunshine 🌞. Always a joy to stretch my legs after sitting for long 👌.
I got back for the afternoon session and kept at it. When time was up I commuted back home happy that my work day was over.
At home I rested, snacked and steemed for a while. Then it was time for the sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood ending up at the local park then back home as it got darker.
To finish off I did a few pushups and roll outs. Got a shower, had dinner and now trying to get this report posted.
