My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019..... Terrific Tuesday 🏃👣🙏💯🍃📖💪💨⛅💞🎉🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Tuesday report 😎. Hopefully your day has been fantastic. In terms of fitness this is how my day unfolded.
So it was an early start, I needed to get back into the automaticwin 🙌 routine after my recent rest days. As soon as the alarm went off I was out making my way around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session I headed back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower 🚿 and a bit of sprucing up l stepped out and onto the commute to work 🏃.
At the office I got on with my assigned tasks on a Tuesday that felt like a Monday 😱. Everything went well and soon it was lunchtime 😊
As always I got the mini walkation 👣. No sunshine but a beautiful breeze 🍃 as I walked the streets.
I got back for the afternoon shift and kept going with my work. When time was up I commuted back home. At home I rested and snacked. I also checked on some of your wonderful posts 💯.
To finish off my activities I embarked on the usual sunset ⛅ walk. Going around the neighborhood yet again and ending up at the park. I walked there for a while before heading home as it got darker.
At home I did a few pushups and roll outs before calling it a day.
