My Actifit Report Card: July 18 2019....... Throwback Thursday 💯 😎💪🚿🏃👣💨🙌🍃✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm to my report this fantastic Thursday 😎. I am glad you joined me. Keep reading 👓as I break down how my day has been.
It was another early start for me in pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. As soon as the alarm went off ,I was out walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
That morning breeze 🍃 as fresh as ever though a little chilly.
After that awesome session I rushed 💨 back home to get ready for work. After a quick shower, I was out of the door and on the commute to work.
At the office it was just another ordinary day. I got on with work as usual. It wasn't as busy as yesterday 🙌
Lunchtime came with the usual mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞 and taking pictures.
Then it was back for the afternoon session. That went well but seemed to last forever 😱. When it was over I commuted back home.
At home I rested and readied myself for the last of my walks. I did some steeming commenting and replying to some of your wonderful posts 💯
When my eyes got tired I headed out for the sunset ⛅ walk. This time around the neighborhood, then to the highway and finally to the shopping center for dinner groceries. Came back home at around 8pm calling it a day.
Not yet😱. I actually called it a day after recording the seven77 pushups 💪
