My Actifit Report Card: July 8 2019...... Awesome Monday 💯🏃👣💨🍃🌅🙌🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A warm welcome to my Monday report 😎. The beginning of a new week. I wanted to start of the week with a bang so I got up early in pursuit of the automaticwin 🙌. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
After that awesome session, I rushed 💨back home and got ready for work. In a few moments I was out of the door on the commute gathering a little more steps along the way.
I arrived at the office right on time and got on well with work. It was just another ordinary Monday.
Come lunchtime I was out on a mini walkation 👣 enjoying the warm sunshine 🌞 and hustle and bustle of the city center.
I got back to the office and powered through the afternoon session. Did my closings and finalization before heading back home.
At home I rested, snacked up and checked some of your wonderful posts and replies. When my eyes got tired of the screen I embarked on the sunset ⛅ walk🏃.
Just around the neighborhood then to the the shopping center for dinner groceries and then back home.
Got my shower 🚿 then before dinner I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 👍 now on day 123 and still going strong 💪
