Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report 😎. Always a joy to have you reading 👓 as I break down how my day has been. Keeping up with the automaticwin streak, it was another early start energetic and rearing to go🙌
I walked and jogged 🏃around the neighborhood. After that awesome session I headed back home.
After a quick shower and some sprucing up I was on the commute to work. Collecting more steps and making it to the office on time 👍
The day went well and that Friday mood was in the air. To add to the happiness Kenya last night won the football match against TZ. Then it was also pay day, the weekend will be fantastic 💯
As usual I had a little bit of stepping 👣 at the lunch hour. Came back for the afternoon shift, it got somehow busy but I sailed through.
Back home I rested and snacked then got ready for the last round of steppation 🏃. That sunset 🌅 walk went well, around the neighborhood ending up at the park. Did a few rounds then headed home.
As usual finished off the day recording my seven77 push ups.
