My Actifit Report Card: June 26 2019...... Awesome Wednesday 🏃🎉☔🙌💕💨🎶✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Wednesday report 😎. Time to break down my activities of the day. It was another early start for me. I started at dawn by downloading the latest version of the actifit app.
I then proceeded to my walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood. It had drizzled last night so the ground was slightly wet as I made my way. That morning air 🍃is just fantastic.
After the wonderful session I rushed back home and got ready for work. A few moments later I was on the commute to work.
I made it on time to the office and got on very well with work. Just a normal Wednesday nothing out of the ordinary.
As usual I had some walking 👣 at lunchtime.
Came back to the office and completed the remainder of the day. I then commuted back home eager and looking forward to some rest.
Back home I rested and snacked before heading out for the usual sunset🌅 walk. This time around the neighborhood, did a few rounds then returned home.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups 🙌💪
