Hello Everyone 👋,
A very warm welcome to my Monday report 👍. Time to quickly run you through my day💨. Today was another early start in pursuit of an automaticwin. So there I was out and about walking in the fresh morning air 🍃
After that wonderful session, I got back home to a quick shower then off I went to work. Happily collecting more steps on the commute 🏃💨
At the office the day went well and I got lots of stuff done. On Mondays I seem to have a good amount of energy and thinking power💪
As usual I had the lunch time stepping come back to the office and finished off the afternoon shift.
I was back on the commute heading home. Back at home I noticed that the shoes I wore to the office had done a number on my ankles. Now all red and swollen, funny thing I didn't feel any pain just slight discomfort.
I put some aloe gel on them, wore my open shoes and got on with the sunset ⛅ walk🏃. This time around the neighborhood then to the shopping center ending back home.
I finished off the day with the seven77 pushups 💪 now on day 110
