UpMy Actifit Report Card: May 17 2019... High Five Friday 🙌🏃💯💪🎶🎉✨

Hello Everyone 👋,
TGIF and a very warm welcome to my report. Keep reading 👓 as I break down how my day has unfolded.It all started at dawn with the automaticwin session. Walking and jogging 🏃 around the neighborhood.
After that session, the rush 💨 was on as I got ready to go to work. Some how I just need 10 to 15 minutes as I don't do breakfast. So there I was rushing to catch the bus collecting more steps on that commute.😎
At the office the Friday mood was in the air. Everyone always looks forward to the weekend and that was still the case today.
Come lunch time I collected some steps enjoying the warm sunshine🌞 and taking pictures 😊.
The afternoon shift dragged by or maybe I just wanted it to go faster 😱
Anyways it was over and I commuted back home happily.
At home I rested, replied to some of your posts and snacked a little. Then it was time for the usual sunset⛅ walk. This time in the neighborhood ending up at the park then back.
I finished off my activities recording the seven77 pushups.Now on day 74💪
