Hello Everyone,
I trust you all had a great Tuesday. My day was fine nothing out of the ordinary. I did not have any exercise this morning. I was at the office the entire day but I got a chance to put in a few steps during thelunch hour.
Later in the evening i was out walking in the neighborhood. The weather was great with clear blue skies. I finished off my walk with some rope skipping before jumped into the shower.
