What a busy Sunday I had today finishing up some household chores from yesterday. I kicked off with some yoga stretches before embarking on cleaning duties. Later in the evening I decided to do some rope skipping instead of my daily walk. I had a friend take some pictures. I am really having fun with the actifit app and will be back at it tomorrow :)
