Happy Anniversary Steemit Sandwich Contest!!!!
We had grilled Scottish Organic salmon last night. Today's leftovers were a fitting tribute to mark the first anniversary of this great contest.
I picked some Thai basil and sweet basil from my garden to give the sandwich some extra color and flavor. I added a bit of mayo on toasted multi-grain bread, followed by a chiffonade of mixed basil, a generous piece of grilled salmon, sliced Jersey tomato with sea salt, cracked black pepper
