Kiwi
Hello everyone, a few days ago I told you about the benefits of the Raspberry fruit, today I will tell you about another fruit in my garden, the Kiwi. As you know, the plant has origins in New Zealand but here in Italy there are several crops of this fruit which has found an ideal habitat in our land. It looks brown on the outside and covered in fluff but inside here is an inviting bright green pulp that tastes tasty and refreshing. Its harvesting period is in November and if placed in a dry place it can be stored for a long time. It is rich in vitamin C, potassium and many other vitamins, its use also aids digestion and regulates the intestine. So plenty of kiwifruit especially in winter.
