People are Literally settings on big goals for themselves in this new year and I must commend them for that. If goals should be set and it should be followed but what I do notice about people is after they have set a lot of goals they end up not following them all through.
A very typical example is the rate at which people have hit the gym in this new year because they said it as a goal whereas many of them will not be at the gym by the time the Year ends.
The beginning of all this kind of a thing is because there is a pressure to set in your agenda against the next year so people in December star writing things that I imaginary that looks like a dream something they cannot achieve a good that is not smart enough the right is done trying to achieve something at the same possible which they are capacity cannot take neither can they have faith or their dream league achieve it but all the same they set it as a goal.
And rest assured when goal is not thoroughly followed it becomes a frustrating agenda is becomes something that just lives inside your journal or your paper back there is no implementation of a goal then everything you have written down is total rubbish.
