Good morning!
It's a cold morning here and I'm wearing my fingerless gloves to be able to write this. I'll probably go sit next to the woodstove again after this.
So, this is a busy weekend and we'll be gone for most of it. But let's start at the beginning. Yesterday, my kitchen looked like this:
Stuff everywhere! I had a cutting area:
And I had a preparations area:
All to make two of these:
That's what I did most of yesterday morning, with only a little break to drive my boyfriend's dad to the store.
I made two figs and goat cheese pizza's! They are for family dinner, which is tonight. That's not our only stop today though. First, we'll be heading over to my house, because someone is coming over to pick up the couch. Let's hope this person will actually show up.
After that, we'll wait there for my mum to come pick us up and head over to the family dinner. We were supposed to go to my mum's first, but she has to drive to the station to pick up my brother and his girlfriend (they're coming too, yay!), so we figured it was easier to just come pick us up after that.
Then, we'll have family dinner at my grandmother's house and after that, my brother and his girlfriend will go back home. We will come back home with my mum to sleep over and she'll bring us back to my house on sunday in the afternoon. That's when our bed will get picked up by someone and after that, we'll go back home and basically have one free night before weekend is over!
I probably won't post anything else this weekend. I'm not taking my notebook with me and I'm not sure how much energy I'll have left on sunday.
