Say “Thank you” instead of “Sorry”.
Apologizing focuses on what we did wrong.
Example: “Sorry I’m late.”
Instead thank them.
Example: “Thank you for your patience.”
Everybody likes to be thanked and we’re focusing our attention on them and how cool they are.
